Introducing CustomerFu

CustomerFu-logo

I have been spending a lot of my free time lately working on a new web application that I wanted to announce today, CustomerFu.   CustomerFu is:

CustomerFu is the simple solution for tracking customer complaints. A central place where all your complaints can be entered, actioned, monitored and closed.

Easy to use for anyone in your organization, CustomerFu will bring new discipline to your customer complaint management, enabling you to turn complaining customers into return customers.

CustomerFu can be used by many different types of industries, for example, the restaurant industry to track customer complaints by a central office by each of its locations.  The system guarantees a complaint will not be lost.  The system is designed to be simple and easy to use, yet powerful as outlined by the various parts.

Not to spoil the fun, but are you not concerned about jokes on the product’s name from people who aren’t familiar with metric_fu and the like? "Got a complaint? FU"
On the other hand, that could be a catchy tag line for the product. :D

@Tim – It wasn’t my idea, was someone else involved, but initially the thought did cross my mind. I guess we will see if it is a negative or not, we are so used to it that it seems natural. :-)

I think the tagline "Make peace with your customers" introduces the Zen aspect that ties in with the Fu. Also the logo.

@Nick – Great explanation of the origins of the logo and name, had not realized it actually.
@Peter – Thank you, glad you like it.
